About Us
WELCOME TO THE PIG PEN LA 3.0 - The PEN 15 Club
Our venue is a creative, themed studio and event space designed to spark imagination, self-expression, and community connection. Styled with dramatic lighting, elegant décor, and versatile sets, the space can be transformed for everything from photo and film shoots to workshops, private gatherings, or immersive events.
Often referred to as a “dungeon” in theme, the space highlights fantasy-inspired design elements that are meant to create atmosphere and storytelling opportunities. Guests may use the space for artistic projects, theatrical performances, or safe, consensual role-play experiences.
Above all, our space emphasizes respect, consent, and inclusivity. Whether someone is here for a creative shoot, a themed event, or a guided workshop, the environment is carefully maintained to ensure safety, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere for all identities and experience levels.
First and foremost we are a photography studio. Step into a one-of-a-kind themed production space designed for film, photography, and creative projects of all kinds. Styled with dramatic backdrops, custom furniture, and flexible lighting, our studio offers a cinematic atmosphere that can be adapted for everything from high-fashion shoots to music videos, commercials, or narrative film.
Our venue provides a bold and atmospheric setting for artists looking to capture something truly unique. Every element of the space is designed to inspire creativity, offering a blend of theatrical design and practical functionality.
With full privacy, customizable layouts, and a welcoming team, our space makes it easy to bring your vision to life — whether you’re producing an editorial spread, an independent film, or a cutting-edge creative project
If your already familiar with our studio or a curious first-timer, The Pig Pen LA offers the freedom and privacy to explore and capture your fantasies in a safe, welcoming, and versatile space. Our studio is available for mutil hour rental or extended multi day rental. Pricing varies between private or commercial clientel.
The studio includes:
A versatile main floor with a variety of props, comfortable furniture, and unique backdrops equipped with state of the art lighting to create the perfect mood for every visual esthetic. The main floor also has a full kitchen with bar perfect for events or parties
The second floor features a sound proofed loft featuring a gallery of original art by local artists. There is an king, queen, and twin sized beds and a suspended swing for visual artists creative enjoyment. There is also a projector and theatre sized screen.
We have a state of the art sounds system with Bluetooth and all our tvs are connected to the internet with Fire TV.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own props, equipment, and gear
2 gated secure parking spaces are provided.

IMPORTANT DETAILS
Every guest must sign a liability waiver before entering. This can be signed at the door or digitally by scanning the QR code provided in the photos.
You are renting the entire studio for a low, unbeatable price (plus a cleaning fee).
A $100 refundable deposit is required and returned after checkout, provided no damage or loss has occurred.
If booking through MisterB&B or Giggster, additional taxes and platform fees may apply.

We are located in the Mid-City neighborhood of Los Angeles. We are a block from 10 Freeway (the 10 Freeway is a direct route to Palm Springs and only a 90 minutes drive) We are also a quick 10 minute drive to West Hollywood, Hollywood, LAX Airport, Inglewood or Down Town LA. We are a 5 minute drive to Culver City and 20 minute drive to the valley.
DISCLAIMER: We are film and photo studio space. We serve an eclectic variety of clients. Some private and some commercial. We believe in the freedom of artistic expression in a safe, private, judgement free environment according to the laws and ordinances in effect at the time.
