Whether you're a seasoned player or a curious first-timer, The Pig Pen LA offers the freedom and privacy to explore and capture your fantasies in a safe, welcoming space.
The studio includes:
A loft with a king-sized bed
A main floor with a queen-sized bed, sling, various equipment, and plenty of room to move around
Guests are encouraged to bring their own props and gear. However, for those seeking a premium experience, our VIP Room offers an all-inclusive setup with:
A third bed
A second sling
Puppy cage
Impact equipment and props
A wider variety of restraints, tools, and toys
Access to the VIP Room is available for $60 per stay or $300 for a full year of unlimited VIP access. This fee is collected upon arrival if you choose to upgrade.

IMPORTANT DETAILS
Every guest must sign a liability waiver before entering. This can be signed at the door or digitally by scanning the QR code provided in the photos.
You are renting the entire studio for a low, unbeatable price (plus a cleaning fee).
A $100 refundable deposit is required and returned after checkout, provided no damage or loss has occurred.
If booking through MisterB&B or Giggster, additional taxes and platform fees may apply.

West Hollywood has an ordinance against short-term vacation rentals (§ 19.36.331 Vacation Rentals). However, we operate as a commercial film/photo studio, offering a safe and private space for adult self-exploration and artistic expression.
Any similarities to short-term rentals are coincidental and do not violate any laws, ordinances, or health codes.
All business is conducted by appointment only.
The studio is CLOSED from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM daily.
No exceptions.
