WELCOME TO THE PIG PEN LA
FULLY Equipped "50 Shades of Grey" themed Film/Photo studio.
Perfect for couples, individuals, small groups, commercial film and photo shoots, cam shows, private off camera events, solo exploration, guided therepy, education or a peaceful getaway for rest and relaxation.
Wether your a seasoned player or a novice looking to try something for the first time, The Pig Pen LA gives you the freedom and privacy to explore and capture your fantasies
The loft has a king bed and the Maim.floor offers a queen.bed, a sling, other equipment, and plenty of space to move around. You are encouraged to bring your own props and equipment. However, if you would like the full luxury of an all inclusive experience there is a VIP ROOM with all the additional props and equipment anyone would want....complete with impact props and equipment, a third bed, sling, puppy cage, and more. Access to this VIP added room is only an additional cost of $60 or $300 for a year of VIP ACCESS. This additional cost is collected only upon arrival if you choose to upgrade your stay.

There is a projector with HDMI, VGA, AVI, USB, SD Card, and Bluetooth connection capability as well as 5 smart TVs, and a wireless Bluetooth stereo. All screens are internet capable, have Amazon Fire TV, and PLEX to meet all your media wants and needs.
I also provide Wi-Fi and a
Full kitchenette.
The bathroom is equipped with a handheld shower head and Extra towels and bed linens are available.
Every Guest must sign a liability waiver before entering. It can be signed at door or guest may sign and submit their waiver from phone by scanning the QR code shown in the photos.
We rent you the whole studio for a low unbeatable price (plus cleaning fee)! There is also a $100 deposit that is refunded after check out provided there was no damage or loss incurred during your stay. (If you book thru MisterBandB or Giggster they may require additional taxes and fees)
If you would like to be refered to a photographer, videographer, or internet content creator or would like a guided experience, feel free to inquire at anytime. We have a wide network of local professionals we can connect you with. (Disclaimer: All professionals are independant contractors and are not employed by The Pig Pen LA. Outside professionals follow the same terms and conditions set forth to all guests)
